Many times you are having a small bed room and you want to decorate the bedroom, and you want that the small room look bigger. On the other hand Small rooms can be extremely efficient because it is easy to design furniture in them that will help a human being efficiently to perform specific actions.
I am suggesting some useful tips that will help you to making a small bedroom look bigger.

Bright colored paint should be used in the room so that the natural light which enters the room get reflected in all direction so that room looks bigger. Use wallpaper with horizontal pattern. This will create an illusion of horizontal expansion.

The furniture in your room at angles. Of course this is not always possible. But small pieces of furniture can be arranged in that fashion. This is done to distract the visual lines away from the walls. Use furniture with slim frames. This is a very obvious solution. Furniture with slim frames has less perceived volume and because of this the room looks bigger.

Use a bed is the one with low height. The normal height of any bed is around 1foot 6 inches approximately. But a platform bed is only 1 foot high fro the ground level. This makes its volume and the room looks bigger.

Dark bedrooms are great for sleeping, but too little light hinders other activities taking place there. A bedroom does not require a great deal of light.
