Dark bedrooms are great for sleeping, but too little light hinders other activities taking place there. A bedroom does not require a great deal of light. There are times though, when lighting in a bedroom is very important. When cleaning and making beds, good lighting makes the job easier. Getting dressed and being able to see what you look like in a mirror is always a benefit.
